Metal containing copper. Appears to be cast bronze. Weighs exactly 3 lbs. No language or coded markings. Striations on each side perhaps from the mould. Or indicate tool used ...

No indication of manufacturer. Frame is walnut, needlepoint, with spring mounted attachment on reverse, screw and "nut" are both wood. Diameter is about 7.25 inch ...
