This is a snake carved out of bone (I think ) It is 7 inches long and has symbols (circles) which appear to be burned into it

I have no idea about this. Bought from a yardsale. It has some kind of Yak (?) symbol with markings. A snake handle and a fish spout. Would love any information I could get!

Found it while out walking all I know is they were belt buckles in ww1 and 2
