It's well balanced and sturdy. I have no clue where it came from but the handle is made up of precious l, soft l, white metals. Would love any information on it.

About 15cms long, looks like it is made from bone, but not sure. Close up photo #3 shows markings. The only thing that I think it may be is a letter opener.
