It's about 8 or 9" long. The semi-circular ends are sharp enough to cut through something. When closed, the semi-circular ends almost touch.

Has a bulb on top. Two pressure guards. Multiple pressure valves. Porcelain Hubbell receptacle. Missing bulbs on front panel.
