HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS, ON THE TOP IT HAS 'A.D.M.E.L WESTMINSTER' IT SEEMS TO BE SOME SORT OF LOOKING/OPTICAL DEVICE AND WHEN LOOKING THROUGH A SPECIFIC HOLE THERE IS A MIRROR THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SEE SIDEWAYS WHILST FACING FORWARD.
SEEMS OLD, AND IS QUITE WORN, MADE FROM ALL BRASS.
