WHAT IS THIS?? Small jar/jug/ bottle that says "North German Lloyd S.S. Bremen" on it. Filled with liquid but bottle is sealed.

Description:

This stands approx. 3' tall, not sure if the cone is upside down or not. The top piece is of cast brass, the square tubes (column) is brass, and the base is cast iron. The only mark I could find is under the base (K176). Please help identify!
