Description: The bag feels like the plastic material dirt or fertilizer. It is very interseting and it's 59Cents.

There was a huge flood here many many years ago and there use to be a restaurant located where my home rests now.

I'm very interested in the history, I've also found an old bottle or 2 that I cannot identify because they were broken. But I've also found old truck parts from 40-60 years ago and etc. I'm very interested in the history here.

Does anyone have any idea about this product at all? What about the year?

Thanks!
