Description: What is this? How old could it possibly be. No manufactures markings. Body is 18" x 36". Wood is solid. Vertical bars are metal and slightly rusted. I put wooden dowels and new caps on axels. It looks like a goat cart but has fixed wheels. I have more close-up pics. Picked up in South Florida yardsale.
