Item I found buried about 5-8 inches deep in my flower bed at my new house.

Description: No visible marking it has a brass plate that goes up to 24 lbs and the body is approximately 1inch diameter and 5.5 inches long and Is made of cast iron overall length hook body and ring about 11 inches. I’m just looking for possible maker of it and around when it was made . I bought it st store here in Georgia not sure where it actually came from . Thanks for any info. I have found one similar online that says 19th century but no specific year thanks
