Description: Any ideas on what kind of jewelry this came from> It is a 9 pronged setting with a hole in the center. It isn't broken as if off of a ring. It is bowl shaped and probably brass, as it doesn't seem heavy enough to be gold. Is it part of an earring? Pendant? It is probably pretty old. Homes in the area are turn of the century. It doesn't appear that I can upload a photo, even a tiny thumbnail.
