Description: The only identification on this piece is on the bottom that says ENGLAND. It belonged to my Great-Great Grandfather. Some of the research I have done for this piece says it should be dated anywhere from 1890 to 1930. The piece resembles a Pope or religious man of some sort. The cap can be removed and serves as a container.
