Description: I bought this at an auction and the auctioneer called it a Women's Riding Belt. It's made of heavy leather with a lot of metal rivets installed. It's very stiff, probably because of age.

I really have no idea what it is and cannot find anything like it on the internet. I'm hoping someone here can tell me something about it and it's use. It stands about 5 inches tall and about 10 inches in diameter.

PLEASE email me if you can tell me what this is!
