Description: Purchased for me as a gift in 1972 at a truck stop gas station on I-75 between Kentucky and Michigan. There are no marks or identification that I can find. It seems to be a resin material with a painted surface. I'm interested in finding out details of this item such as the maker and value? I actually have two of these now as I discovered another one in a thrift store in Creswell Oregon and I had to buy it because I've never saw any others before.
