I bought this item today from someone that came into my store with it. I have no idea what it is! The bottom has 2 holes in it that looks like something went through them (almost looks like a hitch). I can usually look at something and get an idea what it might be but not on this item. Any help would be greatly appreciated! One more thing....it is SUPER heavy!
