Description: This HANDCARVED stone STAMP, comes with its original box and receipt/order sheet.
The order sheet is in Chinese, I believe, and I have not been able to have it translated yet.
For some reason I am unable to load images!
I purchased it for $10 from a young man in Eureka, CA..
I'm not certain what type of stone its made from either. But it's a beautiful, intricate carving of a man, reclining, with what I believe are "pillows", behind his head, and holding a "staff" of some sort, which is resting over his shoulder.
The STAMP itself is carved in both ASIAN and English. With half carved with the Surname or Company name, "WINFORD". I do not know what the other half says.
It measures 2 3/4" H X 1 3/4" L X 7/8" W
I would like to know what it says and for whom it was made...and when.
More pics available upon request.
Thank you for your time and information!
