Description: I found this piece near a creek bed in the stonefort IL area. From the research I've gathered on it, it could have been used by the chiefs for their black drink or ceremonial purposes. Miniature teapots are very rare, therefore they aren't certain whAt they were used for exactly. It's more than likely from 1600 A.D. era therefore I know I have found something of value I'd just like to know more about it if anyone could help!!
