Description:	This item looks like a candlestick phone without a dial mechanism. There is a switch with off, high, and low at the end of the reciever. It has a power cord, and when plugged in, only makes a humming noise. The only markings on it say Japan. Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it even antique?
