Description: Cobalt blue glass which is uneven suggesting hand made framed in what I think is brass it has four columns and what looks like a Celtic cross underneath its four inches high I know nothing else about it only that it was displayed in my grandmother's house for as long as my mother can remember I think it maybe a posey vase but unsure I'd be extremely greatful for any information thank you in advance
