Description: Its a fish peddler cart. The cart is wooden and is attached to a metal bicycle. The top of the cart has a wooden sign that says Fresh Fish and the canopy is a tough fabric that is white. The cart has two openings that have covers that you can remove. The man I believe is made out of clay and he has three fish on a metal wire that hang from his hand. The item is about 24in long and about 19in high. The man is 15in in height but is in a seated position. The tires are made of rubber. The bicycle actually works when pushed. The cart has 4 different fish pictures on it. There is no makers mark or any type of marking.
