Hi, I was always told by my Grandmother that these were her doll's when she was a child, she was born in 1894. however she was English... I don't think these Soldier's are wearing an English uniform. my Grandfather was German, and was born in 1890. I have been told the Soldier's uniform's may be German, so much for the family story. there are 11 doll's, 2 Ladies, 2 Gentlemen, 2 Doctor's (?) 2 Soldier's, 1 Nurse (?) 1 little Girl, and 1 broken little Boy. they are around 2 3/8" It is not known what they are made of, they are light weight, and where the boy is broken it seem's he was made of pin's. I can't locate any info about them, or any like them. The 2 of a kind, although alike are not "cookie cutter" the same. there doesn't seem to be any hallmark on any of them, thank you.
