Description: This has no makers marks.
The roller is made of individually cut leather pieces of varied thicknesses. Each piece can be moved independently from all others.
The handles are oak with brass bands, one brass washer and two leather washers on each end, and has been connected this a Brass piece through the center which has been peened over. No screws.
The item is 16 1/2" from end to end and the roller is 6 3/4".
This may not have been used for cooking at all.
