Description: small porcelain figure. I have never seen another like it. Given to me by my father in 1967 - his as a boy. At least from 1940 - maybe earlier. 3 1/2 inches tall 2 1/2 wide. Hands on hips, pointed cap with 3 flowers, Elizabethan clothes, kind of like a nodder, made in Japan. The clothing is unique - trunk hose, jerkin, ruff or Elizabethan collar, and high crowned hat with 3 flowers. Smiling with two front teeth showing.
A little like a gnome but the clothing is to different. He is short and cubby with hands on his hips
Keywords: porcelain
