Description: A bronze bangle that connects with a sword strap. The piece is in excellent condition, works properly, etc.

**NOTE** I posted this item this morning without registering, then realized there were no pictures. This is a re-post.

Trying to determine when/where this piece was built. It's beautiful and quite unique. On the back there is a very small inscription that says "METAL" above another word I cannot decipher but which might contain the letter R-O-E and N.

I'm extremely curious. Does anybody have any ideas?
