Description: Late 18th early 19th century ? Flavelle, Dublin, unusual stamps, Irish silver.
Which Family member made this item as they had Henry (father), Richard & William (Brothers) silversmiths? This would date it 100 percent if I can find out. Is it solid silver? Should I pay for appraisal on item? Value?
