Description: No indication of manufacturer. Frame is walnut, needlepoint, with spring mounted attachment on reverse, screw and "nut" are both wood. Diameter is about 7.25 inches. What is the use of this object? I thought at first it was some sort of a curtain tie, but I do not see how it would work.
