Description: Found this at an auction and I am very curious to know more about it. There are no identifying marks. It seems to be an incense holder but it's made of some red plastic substance like bakelite (though it doesn't pass the bakelite test of producing a smell after being held under warm water). There is a lion/dog figure on the top and what seem to be hand carved dragons, elephants and faces in the handles and three feet. It's 8" tall and 7" wide with bangles dangling from the handles. Any info would be appreciated.
