This item was given to my mother-in-law by an elderly lady who stated that it belonged to her family, but was unsure what it was used for. It seems to be a homemade item that was made for a specific purpose. It looks like it could be some type of gauge for something, but I have no idea. Would love to know what it is if anyone has an idea.
