I found this item at a yard sale and I'm unsure of exactly what it's purpose is. The woman said it is a rolling bar cart. I can't find anything like it online. I don't know if "bar cart" is the correct identification for this item. Does anyone have any knowledge about this item. Is it a cocktail/bar cart or something completely different? Please help.
