European Artillery Short Sword/Gladius 1830-1850

Description: It has a rooster on the pommel, blood grooves on the blade. Resembles some French Artillery Swords but I am looking for a more precise identification.

There are numbers engraved on the scabbard- 1312 is scratched out and 859 is below it. 1184 is barely discernible at the top.

Any help is appreciated!
