Description: It was small... the handle was just big enough for me to put my hand in and my hand is pretty small... there were no markings or letters of any sort on it... the Cones were permanently attached to the ends of the cylinder they each had a small hole in the tip the seller said he thought it was some sort of kitchen tool it looks familiar to me but I have no idea what it was nor did anyone that I showed the picture to so I'm just curious to find out what it is for curiosity's sake.
