Description: WHAT IS THIS???? No markings on base. Rotating disk is steel and 71/2 inches in diameter mounted to a cast iron base. There are 12 symmetrical holes around the disk with 12 sets of of numbers consisting of 3 numbers over 5 numbers. It was acquired over 80 years ago in bucks county Pa.
