Description: Defiantly handmade, Has metal working hammer marks. The attachment collar on the handle was painted army green. Seems to be purpose made fast rather than quality workmanship to sell. It was inherited, family members served overseas in both WWI and WWII. Thinking it was a trench knife but can’t find similar to any seen online. Truly baffled.

Tempted to clean the rust off the blade with vinegar but not certain it is a good idea seeing as it is an antique.
