Description:
|
Circular and convex brass plate mounted on an offset arm with flat plate for mounting into another surface. Circular area is 5 1/2 in diameter. Attached to arm using one flat head screw. Mounting plate has white paint on it. Found in the prairie areas. Not far from mountains or railway.
