Description:	Stamped THE COLLIN Company Made in U.S.A. I found this in the woods near Redway, CA. I believe it's a brushcutter but cannot find another like it. I would like to know when it was made, it's uses and its value, please. It measures 6 1/4" WIDE and 11 1/2" long Thank you!
