Description: Found in a box of random junk someone thought was worth saving. Trying to figure out what this thing was used for. Body is probably brass and the other parts are probably steel. Of the two levers shown on the right, the lower one is spring loaded and can be cocked back. When released it strikes the bladed lever. Presumably you would use it to chip, cut, or pierce something, but I don't know what.
