Description: Hello - this was discovered in my dad's tool/paint room a few years ago and I've always wondered what it was. The closest thing I can find is a grease gun or lubricator but even those don't look exactly like this. Any help appreciated. Once removed the dowels have cloth or rubbber at the end.
