Description: the sterling mfg. co. cleveland ohio. the gauge is a or- 3. volts - dead - charged - dischcd. It was in my charlotte n.c. mothers garage. it is believed to be from my grandfather maybe the 1930's or 40's. We would just like to know what it was used for and the correct time line. it might be home made.
